PRIVACY POLICY OF DEXTERA UAB
Adopted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

I.          GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Privacy Policy of Dextera.eu sets forth the main regulations on personal data collection, storage and processing when the Data Subject uses the services rendered by Dextera.eu.
  2. This Privacy Policy is intended to protect the personal data of the Data Subject browsing the website of Dextera.eu from illegal use.
  3. Data Subjects are deemed to have been familiarized with this Privacy Policy upon check marking that they agree with the Terms and Conditions that this Privacy Policy is an integral part whereof, when submitting certain information or placing a purchase order form.
  4. The goal of this Privacy Policy is to regulate personal data processing on the Dextera.eu website in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other related laws.
  5. The Company collects the personal data voluntarily provided by Data Subjects via e-mail or when using our website (without signing-in).
  6. The dextera.eu website may contain links to and/or from the websites of the Company’s partners, advertising companies or other related persons/entities. Please note that the websites of third parties that the Data Subjects can access via the links provided at dextera.eu also have their own privacy policies that the Company is not liable for in any way. The Company highly recommends Data Subjects reading the privacy policies of other websites before entering any personal data on such websites.

II.        PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND USE

  1. The personal data of the legal entities and their authorized representatives are processed for the purposes of accounting, concluding distribution agreements and fulfilling the undertaken obligations.
  2. For the purposes defined in Article 2.1 hereof, the Company shall process the following personal data of legal entities and their authorized representatives:
    1. First name and family name of the authorized representative
    2. Position of the authorized representative
    3. Phone number
    4. E-mail address
    5. Text of the message submitted via specific form.
  3. The Data Subject may receive direct marketing notices if the legal entity (authorized representative) has agreed to receive such notices, except when the notices are sent by e-mail. In the latter case, the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy shall not be applicable.
  4. The Company hereby represents and warrants that the personal data supplied by the Data Subject shall be processed only for the purpose of properly supplying the goods/services at the Dextera.eu website. The Company also represents and warrants that the personal data supplied by the Data Subject shall be used for the purpose of direct marketing, provided that the Data Subject has given his consent and has not revoked his consent.
  5. The Company shall store personal data for the purpose of direct marketing for three calendar years from the submission of such data.
  6. The Company shall not disclose the personal data of the Data Subject to any third parties, except in the following cases:
    1. The Data Subject has given his consent to disclose his personal data;
    2. The personal data are disclosed to the Company’s partners rendering manufacturing, transportation, supply, distribution or other services related to the proper supply of the goods/services ordered by the Data Subject;
    3. The Company may disclose the personal data of the Data Subject to Data Processors acting on behalf of the Company. However, personal data can only be supplied to the Data Processors that have signed agreements with the Company or in cases when the concluded cooperation agreements set forth the supply/provision of personal data and the respective Data Processor can ensure adequate protection of any such personal data;
    4. In all other cases, the personal data of the Data Subject can only be disclosed to third parties as established in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If so requested, the Company has to disclose the personal data of the Data Subject to governmental or law enforcement institutions.
    5. Despite putting all reasonable effort into protecting the personal data of the Data Subjects, the Company cannot guarantee safe data transfer on the website. The Data Subject undertakes all risks related to any data transfer processes. Upon receiving personal data, the Company applies strict regulations on the protection of the personal data of the Data Subjects and employs technical and organizational means to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
    6. The Company’s website may collect certain information on the visit of the Data Subject, e.g.: (i) Internet Protocol (IP) address used by the Data Subject to access the Internet; (ii) Date and time of the Data Subject’s visit at the Company’s website; (iii) Other websites visited by the Data Subject while browsing the Company’s website; (iv) The browser used by the Data Subject; (v) Information on the operating system of the Data Subject’s computer; (vi) Versions of mobile apps; (vii) Language preferences. If the Data Subject uses a mobile device, the website may also collect data on the type of the mobile device used, its settings and geographical (longitude and latitude) coordinates. This information is used to administer and improve the Company’s website, to analyze trends and to further develop the Company’s products and services. The Data Subjects provides this data voluntarily by using the Company’s services or browsing the Company’s website.

III.      RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

  1. The Data Subject has the following main rights:
    1. To know about the processing of his personal data
    2. To familiarize himself with the personal data and the procedure of personal data processing
    3. To request to correct or delete the personal data of the Data Subject handled by the Company
    4. To refuse to give his consent for personal data processing
  2. Upon submitting a written request (with an enclosed document confirming his personal identity), the Data Subject has the right to familiarize himself with the personal data held and processed by the Company and to receive information on the data sources, the type of collected personal data, the purpose of data processing and the recipients of such data. The Company shall supply the requested data no later than 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the Data Subject’s request or indicate the reasons for refusal to do so the same way that the Data Subject contacted the Company, unless the Data Subject consented to receiving the information on his personal data by other means suggested by the Company.
  3. The Data Subject may submit the request to view, edit or delete his personal data collected by the Company by e-mail at teise@dextera.lt or by registered mail (address: Jonavos St. 260, LT-44131 Kaunas, Lithuania).
  4. Among his other rights, the Data Subject has the right to refuse to provide his personal data and to not agree with the Privacy Policy. In such a case, however, the Data Subject will be unable to purchase/ order the goods/services at the Dextera.eu website as the requested personal data might be needed to properly process and handle the goods/services ordered by the Data Subject.
  5. At the time of delivery and acceptance of the goods/services, the employees of the Company may ask the Data Subject to present a personal identification document which will be used to confirm the identity of the Data Subject. Please note that no copies of the personal identification document shall be made in such a case.
  6. The Company uses internal organizational and technical means to ensure that the personal data provided by the Data Subject at Dextera.eu are protected from any illegal actions, such as: (i) Illegal change of the personal data; (ii) Disclosure of personal data; (iii) Deletion of personal data; (iv) Identity theft; (v) Fraud.
  7. Complains regarding illegal or improper processing of the personal data shall be handled by the State Data Protection Inspectorate headquartered at A. Juozapavičiaus St. 6, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lithuania, www.ada.lt.

IV.      FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Data Subjects can view and print the Privacy Policy at Dextera.eu at any time. Data Subjects will be informed about any future changes and/or supplementations of the Privacy Policy by announcing the new version of the Privacy Policy at Dextera.eu.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any connection errors, due to which the visitors of the Company’s website or other persons are unable to access the website or use the Company’s services.
  3. The Company cannot guarantee that its website will function continuously without any errors or malfunctions or that the Company’s website will be fully protected from viruses or other malware. The Data Subject is hereby informed that he shall undertake all and any risks related to the material read, downloaded or otherwise received by the Data Subject while browsing the Company’s website and that the Data Subject shall be personally liable for any damage done to him or his computer system.
  4. The Data Subjects can submit their requests or instructions related to personal data processing to the Company in either of the following ways: (i) sending such a request or instructions by registered mail (address: Jonavos St. 260, LT-44131 Kaunas, Lithuania); (ii) sending such a request or instructions by e-mail at teise@dextera.lt.

Adopted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

  1. The dextera.eu website uses cookies (data analysis tools) to differentiate between the visitors of the website. This way, we can ensure that you receive comprehensive goods and/or services and your browsing at our website becomes a pleasant experience. Cookies also help us to improve our website.
  2. Cookies can be downloaded and stored at the computer or other device of the Data Subject. The Data Subject can view the information (i.e., Cookies) stored by the Seller and can delete either all or part of the recorded Cookies.   5. When a Buyer visits our website, part of the information is collected automatically as our server has to recognize the IP address of the Data Subject.
